You will participate in daily production/quality meetings, drive best practices, and lead teams to minimize scrap while maintaining safety standards and equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Support plant operations by training staff on new machinery and troubleshooting.
• Identify and implement improvements to production methods to boost efficiency.
• Lead safety training and ensure compliance with safety rules within the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Plant Manager with day-to-day operation needs and task work.
• Create and implement new best practices for manufacturing.
• Train technical staff on machinery and troubleshooting.
• Work to improve production efficiencies and reduce scrap rates.
• Investigate equipment or tooling issues and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in daily production and quality meetings.
• Monitor workstation productivity and ensure safety standards are met.
• Lead safety training sessions and enforce company safety rules.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
