Job summary

Greenheck Group in Bushnell, Florida is seeking a motivated Engineering Co-op for January to August 2027 to support manufacturing operations.

You will assist in creating and updating SOPs, troubleshoot machinery, and contribute to layout design and process development to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. Enrollment in a related bachelor's program is required.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree program (Mechanical, Industrial, Technology, Manufacturing or Applied Engineering etc.)
• On track to graduate in the next 3 semesters or less
• Interest in hands-on learning
• Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Experience working with basic hand tools
• Experience with 3D modeling software (a plus) to expand your technical toolkit and design capabilities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support customer-focused solutions
