Job summary

Greenheck Group is seeking a motivated Engineering Co-op in Bushnell, Florida for January to August 2027. You will support daily production, help with SOPs, troubleshoot equipment, and contribute to layout design to improve efficiency and safety.

This paid co-op offers hands-on learning in a fast-paced environment and opportunities across the company. Enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree program is required, with graduation in the next 3 semesters, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree program (Mechanical, Industrial, Technology, Manufacturing or Applied Engineering etc.).
• On track to graduate in the next 3 semesters or less.
• Interest in hands‑on learning.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
• Experience working with basic hand tools.
• Experience with 3D modeling software (a plus) to expand your technical toolkit and design capabilities.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills to support customer‑focused solutions.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated Engineering student to join our team as an Engineering Co‑op in Bushnell, Florida from January to August 2027.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay. The pay range for this position is $22.00/hour - $28.00/hour, based on position and academic year.

• Paid time off for company‑observed holidays.
• Eligible for additional financial support, which may include company‑provided housing, a housing allowance, or a sign‑on bonus, depending on location, assignment, and length of term.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The person is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data, and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Occasional mobility required to attend in-person meetings and complete various office tasks.
