Job summary
Premier Precision Machining PA, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize production, improve quality, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced shop. You will develop CNC programs, establish time standards, and implement efficient methods to maximize output and reduce costs.
The role requires a 5+ year machining background, CAD/CAM experience, and strong problem solving. This is a full-time on-site position with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Associates degree or higher and 5+ years hands-on machining experience.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with CAD/CAM and manufacturing cost analysis.
Responsibilities
- Create part programs for CNC lathes and mills using Cad Cam.
- Establish time standards and develop efficient manufacturing methods.
- Analyze user data and interface with existing applications.
- Prepare cost estimates from RFQ drawings and specs.
- Support setup, testing, and optimization of new machining procedures.
