Job summary

Dynamic Metals LLC seeks an experienced CNC machining specialist to design and optimize tooling, fixtures, and processes for high-precision manufacturing. You will program 3-axis and multi-axis machines, create fixtures, and support new program launches.

Responsibilities include process improvement, quality control, and tooling development. Proficiency with Mastercam and CAD tools is preferred; strong problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of CNC 3-axis mill and CNC lathe programming.
• Hands-on tooling, fixture design and machine setup experience.
• Experience with Mastercam and CAD software preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel; familiarity with MS Projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work for cost estimation by gathering proposals, blueprints and specs.
• Design, recommend and advise on tooling, fixtures and fabrication equipment.
• Program CNC machines and develop robust manufacturing processes.
• Supervise tool room activities and coordinate operators and schedules.
• Contribute to quoting and process improvements for new work.
