Job summary

Rise Technical in Sarasota, FL is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to own CNC processes within an industrial manufacturing setting. You will drive improvements, program Haas machines, and work closely with Production and Engineering to boost efficiency on the shop floor.

As the sole Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll shape the function, enable cycle-time reductions, and progress toward broader engineering or operational leadership as the company grows.

Qualifications

Manufacturing Engineering or machining background.
Hands-on CNC programming experience.
Comfortable working within an industrial machine shop environment.

Responsibilities

Program and improve Haas CNC machining processes.
Drive cycle time, efficiency and process improvements.
Update BOMs, material costs and manufacturing documentation.
Work closely with Production and Engineering on the shop floor.
