Job summary

Schenck USA Corp. in Hudson, MA is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements, optimize spin testing, CNC machining, and inspection operations. You will lead tooling and fixture development, program CNC and CMM equipment, and work with engineering and quality teams to solve manufacturing challenges.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, an engineering degree, and knowledge of CNC/CMM, SolidWorks, and quality standards such as AS9100/ISO 9001. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant manufacturing/engineering experience.
• Experience with CNC and CMM operation/programming.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, GD&T, ASME Y14.5.
• Experience using SolidWorks or CAD software.
• Knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9001 and lean methods.
• Developing, implementing and improving production processes.

Responsibilities

• Improve manufacturing processes for spin testing, CNC machining, and inspection operations.
• Support production activities, equipment readiness, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor process performance and implement corrective actions.
• Develop tooling, fixtures, and process improvements for production goals.
• Program and optimize CNC machining and CMM inspection equipment.
• Perform dimensional inspections and ensure engineering spec compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations to solve challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
