Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent.
• 4+ years in a CNC machining manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of CNC and manual machining, tooling, fixtures, and GD&T.
• Experience with MRP systems and production-related software.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize CNC machining and manual manufacturing processes, including tooling, fixtures, and workflows.
• Improve cycle times, throughput, quality, and efficiency through process evaluation.
• Design and modify tools, fixtures, and equipment for accuracy and safety.
• Identify cost reduction via process optimization and resource utilization.
• Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and drive corrective actions.
• Support Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen initiatives to reduce waste and boost productivity.
• Evaluate technologies and equipment for improvement opportunities.
• Develop manufacturing documentation: SOPs, flowcharts, and process docs.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and QA to resolve issues.
