Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Corporation, based in Summerville, SC, seeks an Associate Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing projects, develop processes, and improve production flow under supervision.

Responsibilities include CNC programming management, GD&T application, shop floor support, and collaboration with design, program management, and quality teams. Requires DoD eligibility and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial engineering with 1 year of manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• US citizen due to DoD requirements.
• Must be able to obtain DoD security clearances.
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial engineering or equivalent, with at least 1 year in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Establish manufacturing process flow and work instructions.
• Create and update manufacturing standard procedures.
• Assist in evaluating engineering changes and coordinate with program management, design, quality, and production.
• Interface with design engineering for release of new products and review drawings prior to release.
• Manage CNC program files for revision control; program tools using 3D models and CNC languages.
