Turn Up Talent LLC in Texas is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to translate customer requirements into detailed manufacturing processes using CAD/CAM tools and ISO 13485 quality controls. The role involves interpreting engineering drawings, developing machining methods, and collaborating with production to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.

You will work with CNC environments, SolidWorks, and ERP systems to document methods and support continuous improvement initiatives across

Competenze

• Experience in CNC manufacturing, including manual and automated production environments.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or other CAD software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and/or SharePoint.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 or similar quality management environments preferred.

Mansioni

• Review customer-provided documentation and enter required manufacturing operations, materials, purchased components, and outside processing requirements into the ERP system.
• Use SolidWorks to develop manufacturing methods and maintain digital documentation.
• Collaborate with sourcing and procurement teams to align purchasing activities with technical specifications and customer requirements.
• Work with production supervisors and operators to identify and implement improvements to manufacturing methods and processes.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of manufacturing methods while supporting cost competitiveness and profitability.
• Provide technical guidance to manufacturing partners regarding appropriate methods for producing assigned components.
• Review proposed engineering change orders (ECOs) and project modifications, evaluating and communicating their potential impacts.
• Manage special assignments and projects as needed.
• Contribute to new service development, process efficiency initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate across functional teams to improve design for manufacturability.
