Turn Up Talent LLC in Texas is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to translate customer requirements into detailed manufacturing processes using CAD/CAM tools and ISO 13485 quality controls. The role involves interpreting engineering drawings, developing machining methods, and collaborating with production to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Competenze

• Experience in CNC manufacturing, including manual and automated production environments.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or other CAD software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and/or SharePoint.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 or similar quality management environments preferred.

• Review customer-provided documentation and enter required manufacturing operations, materials, purchased components, and outside processing requirements into the ERP system.
• Use SolidWorks to develop manufacturing methods and maintain digital documentation.

• Work with production supervisors and operators to identify and implement improvements to manufacturing methods and processes.

The Manufacturing Engineer reviews customer-provided documentation and translates technical requirements into detailed manufacturing processes, including materials, purchased components, and outside processing. This role requires the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications, use SolidWorks or other CAD software, and understand CNC machining, metal finishing, cleaning, and assembly processes within an ISO 13485 or similar quality environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, and comfortable collaborating with production teams to develop efficient manufacturing methods that meet customer requirements.
