Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• Experience with CNC milling/turning and CAM programming.
• Knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize CAM programs for CNC milling and turning.
• Create setup documentation for machinists and support first‑piece production.
• Troubleshoot CNC programs, tooling, and fixturing to improve cycle time and part quality.
• Develop quality inspection sheets and in‑process inspection requirements.
• Interpret drawings and tolerances to ensure manufacturability.
• Provide shop‑floor engineering support and coordinate with management on priorities.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to boost safety and productivity.
