Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to provide production support and manage projects for Hand Tool manufacturing. You will oversee operations, troubleshoot issues, and implement automated solutions with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a BS in engineering, 2+ years of experience, and knowledge of robotics and PLCs. On-site work with opportunities for hands-on process improvements and cost savings is available.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or technical field required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or related roles.
Experience in metals manufacturing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide production support and troubleshoot manufacturing operations.
Lead and manage small to medium projects within budget and schedule.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and automation.
Provide direction and training on manufacturing equipment and processes.
