Job summary
Milwaukee Tool in Brookfield, WI seeks an Engineering Project Manager to lead manufacturing automation initiatives, troubleshoot production, and drive continuous improvement across hand tool lines. Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or technical field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or engineering.
- Knowledge of metals manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Experience managing small-medium complexity projects.
Responsibilities
- Support production operations through troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to boost productivity.
- Lead projects with cross-functional resources to implement new processes.
- Develop and implement automated solutions for manufacturing.
- Coordinate with integrators and manage project risks.
