Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent writing, documentation and speaking abilities.
• Ability to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• 2 years' experience in electronic manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Experience leading a small non-collegiate technical support team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use data-driven analysis and simulation tools to optimize manufacturing processes and increase throughput.
• Develop and implement automation solutions with Automation Engineering and R&D collaboration.
• Identify and evaluate automation opportunities; lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create practical tooling and fixtures to enhance quality, productivity, and operator experience.
