Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. seeks a Mechanical/Robotics Engineer to join the Product Support and Development - Mechanical team. You will lead a small team to develop automation for production environments, owning problem statements, integration, and on-time delivery.

CAD work and hands-on design play a key role on the production floor, with collaboration in design reviews and with customers. You will contribute to safer, more reliable, and economical manufacturing, applying

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering is required.
• Approximately 2+ years of experience across multiple listed areas.
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication in writing and speech.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team to develop automation solutions for production environments.
• Own problem statements, solution integration, and project closure.
• Design on the production floor; conduct design reviews and provide feedback.
