Qualifications

• Strong understanding of assembly requirements for automotive component systems, ideally 10 years experience.
• Strong working knowledge of robotic technologies and assembly systems.

• Ability to analyze labor efficiencies and capital investments.
• Corporate employees must travel as needed for launches or production activities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, coordination, and implementation of projects.
• Develop and track budgets for assigned projects.
• Interface with vendors to ensure production process development.
• Program torque control systems and develop error-proofing devices.
• Drive lean concepts and implement process improvements.
