Job summary

Avancez Assembly in Arlington, TX is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop assembly processes aligned with customer requirements, quality systems, and labor plans. You will manage new process implementations and select equipment while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role involves optimizing material flow, supporting automation, PFMEA and control plans, and ensuring safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 3+ years in assembly/manufacturing and 2+ years with APQP.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed manufacturing plans for new programs requiring new equipment or retooling.
• Prepare sourcing activities from RFQ to PO for major outside tooling and equipment purchases.
• Collaborate with PC&L to optimize material flow to production line.
• Work with Quality to drive PFMEA, Control Plans, and error-proofing back into design.
