Job summary

Avancez Assembly is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to develop assembly processes aligned with customer requirements, quality systems, and labor plans. You will implement new processes, select equipment, and lead automation initiatives to improve throughput and quality.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, train operators, and ensure compliance with PFMEA/Control Plans while promoting safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 3+ years in assembly/manufacturing; 2+ years with APQP system.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed manufacturing plans for new programs and equipment.
• Oversee sourcing for major tooling and equipment purchases.
• Collaborate with PC&L to optimize material flow; support equipment qualification and launch.
• Ensure process integrity, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop team members to achieve plant goals and quality standards.
