Job summary

RRC Solutions Group in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with aseptic bottling and packaging expertise. You will lead reliability improvements, boost machine efficiency, perform root cause analysis, and enhance safety and maintenance effectiveness.

You will collect and analyze process data to support cost reduction and capacity gains, and you will teach and coach junior engineers and cross-functional teams in a collaborative, quality‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required (Mechanical, Chemical or Manufacturing preferred).
• 7–10 years in a production manufacturing facility with emphasis on OEE and process improvements, design, and project management.
• Hands-on leader with project management experience.
• Experience in a food-grade environment (FDA, GMP’s, HACCP) with high-speed packaging equipment preferred.
• Strong automation/controls knowledge (PLC, DCS).
• Lean/Six Sigma experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD/Inventor/SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead projects focused on reliability and machine efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis and safety improvements; improve maintenance effectiveness.
• Lead data acquisition and analysis to drive manufacturing improvements and cost reductions.
• Teach and train junior engineers and cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
