Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Manufacturing) is required.
• 7–10 years of production engineering experience focusing on OEE, process improvement, and project management.
• Hands-on project leadership with experience in a food-grade environment (FDA, GMP, HACCP).
• Strong AutoCAD/Inventor/SolidWorks skills and knowledge of automation and controls.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability and efficiency improvement projects on packaging lines.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Develop data acquisition and analysis to drive cost reductions and capacity gains.
• Mentor junior engineers and work with cross-functional teams.
