Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Engineer with extensive aseptic bottling and packaging expertise to lead reliability and capacity initiatives in our Indianapolis-area facility.

You will analyze data, drive OEE improvements, manage projects, mentor junior engineers and cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with FDA/GMP/HACCP standards in a food-grade environment. The ideal candidate will excel in process and equipment design, automation and controls, and lean/Six Sigma

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, or manufacturing engineering.
• 7–10 years in a production manufacturing facility with emphasis on OEE and process improvements.
• Hands-on leadership and project management experience.
• Experience in a food-grade environment (FDA, GMP’s, HACCP) with high-speed packaging.
• Strong CAD/automation knowledge (PLC, DCS).
• Lean and Six Sigma experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead projects to improve reliability and machine efficiency.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement maintenance improvements.
• Coach junior engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and HACCP in operations.
