Qualifications
- B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering.
- 2–5 years in manufacturing engineering.
- Proficient with CAD (Creo or equivalent) and GD&T.
- Able to work in a fast-paced hands-on manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement production methods, including cell set-ups, work instructions, build books, and routers.
- Review drawings for manufacturability; initiate ECOs as needed.
- Witness and evaluate acceptance tests; lead vibration, thermal, and environmental tests.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting for production issues or test failures.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lean manufacturing integration.
- Build MBOMs and write comprehensive test plans and reports.
