Qualifications

• 4-year technical degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong analysis skills with knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques.
• Excellent facilitation and negotiation skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven project management and leadership abilities to drive continuous improvement.
• Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel and Access, to support data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the introduction of new products into the manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth integration and operational efficiency.
• Evaluate and improve existing manufacturing processes to optimize labor and material costs, increasing productivity and profitability.
• Provide technical support across manufacturing areas to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions, minimizing production disruptions.
• Identify, reduce, and eliminate ergonomic risks in the workplace to promote a safe and healthy environment for all team members.
• Lead strategic projects related to process, product, or corporate change initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
