Joby Aviation is seeking a passionate Manufacturing Engineer to join our Powertrain & Electronics Manufacturing Engineering Team in San Carlos, CA. The Manufacturing Engineer will lead manufacturing equipment design and process development, working closely with a cross functional team made of Quality, Production, Design, Supply Chain, etc. This individual must be highly organized and self-driven, possessing a natural aptitude towards mechanical, process, and industrial engineering fundamentals to successfully scale projects from prototype to low volume production, while keeping a vision for a future high volume production in mind. This position is exciting and rewarding, as the Manufacturing Engineer will promptly see their ideas influence many key areas due to the fast pace of Joby Aviation.

The target base pay for this position is $92,200 - $123,00 per year salary. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
