Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manufacturing Engineer based in St. Petersburg, FL. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and improving manufacturing processes, designing and implementing production systems, and ensuring product quality. Daily tasks include developing and optimizing manufacturing methods, conducting time studies, troubleshooting equipment, and collaborating with the design team to enhance product development. The engineer will also contribute to cost reduction initiatives and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Manufacturing Processes and Manufacturing Engineering
• Proficiency in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering
• Strong skills in Machining
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in the soft goods or related industries is a plus
• Familiarity with modern manufacturing technologies and techniques
• Excellent communication and project management skills in
• Having experience in SolidWorks is ideal but not required; we can train
