Overview

We're seeking two hands-on Manufacturing Engineers to support on-site operations in Redmond, WA. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes, enhance quality, reduce variability, and support production flow. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience and a passion for driving efficiency and innovation on the factory floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, identifying root causes
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes and documentation
• Balance production lines and implement best practices
• Lead process validations, tooling installation, and equipment qualification
• Collaborate on DFx (Design for Excellence) improvements
• Enhance material handling, ergonomics, and safety in production
• Train assembly teams on new or revised processes
