Job summary

Aditi Consulting is seeking an experienced engineer for a role supporting production processes and process improvements. The position involves significant shop floor work and collaboration with operators to maintain and optimize manufacturing processes.

The candidate should have 8–10 years of engineering experience, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred), and strong communication and analytical skills. CNC programming and automated cell experience are a plus.

Payrate:

$44.00 - $44.57/hr.

Position’s Contributions to Work Group:

• Part of the ME group supporting production processes and process improvement initiatives

Typical task breakdown:

• 30% office & 70% shop floor. Supporting PCN, Testing and validating process improvements, working with operators on maintaining processes, preparing reports and process review documents.

Education & Experience Required:

• Years of experience: 8-10
• Degree requirement: Bachelor’s in engineering field preferred but will consider comparable experience. (8-10 years if no BA)

Top 3 Skills:

• Professional verbal and written communication and analytical skills
• Ability to make sketches, engineering drawings and common computations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and technical reports.

Additional Technical Skills:

• Manufacturing and machining environment experience
• CNC programing and process development
• Experience with hone, OD/ID grinding, and centerless grinding
• Experience developing and maintaining automated cells.

Soft Skills:

• Professional verbal and written communication and analytical skills

Pay Transparency:

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $44.00 - $44.57/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
