Payrate: $35.00 - $36.00/hr

• Concept design and part modeling using Creo.
• Stress & life analysis

Education & Experience Required:

• Years of experience: 2-4 years
• Degree requirement: BS in Mechanical Engineering - relevant (Manufacturing, Automotive)
• No 2 year degrees
• Masters must still have 2 years of experience

Top 3 Skills:

• Creo 3D modeling (and specifically Creo, not another modeling software)
• Reading technical drawings & prints
• Mechanical design experience

Additional Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Creo
• Understands basic geometric tolerancing
• Mechanical design experience
• Proficient in Creo Simulate FEA
• Experience in steel or iron casting design
• APQP knowledge
• Practical / hands-on experience

Pay Transparency:

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:$35.00 - $36.00/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
