Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Our team is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join them. You will report to the Engineering Manager and will have an onsite work structure in Plainview, NY.

To be considered for the Manufacturing Engineer opening, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering
• 5+ years' experience in a related area, such as industrial, aerospace or electro-mechanical engineering
• High proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Teams) and other applications such as CRM, Visio, Windchill, Epicor, SolidWorks and AutoCAD
  
  

As a Manufacturing Engineer, You Will

• Review and understand complex data packages
• Develop preliminary Part Lists for components quotation
• Research mating connectors for testing equipment and support supply chain for obsolescence or long lead time items issues
• Develop manufacturing processes/method masters and travelers
• Provide technical support to resolve manufacturing issues, improve yield and throughput and enhance product quality
• Prepare written and graphical work instructions to communicate manufacturing requirements and procedures to production personnel
• Proactively investigate and evaluate existing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement.
• Train staff in new and existing processes
• Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with Design Engineering during DFM reviews and transfer new designs from engineering to manufacturing
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members, managers and SME's
• Support Design Engineering during development of complex fixtures used in the manufacturing process
• Respond to technical questions from suppliers

Salary Range
