Job summary

LHH is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations and drive process improvements in a growing manufacturing environment. You will work closely with Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams to scale capabilities and optimize production processes.

Responsibilities include supporting equipment and tooling, leading shop-floor improvements, and running NPIs. You will also design fixtures, balance lines, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate ERP transactions and BOMs.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering in a production environment.
• Hands-on shop floor manufacturing experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing equipment and production processes.
• Background in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience with NPI, fixture design, line balancing, and troubleshooting.
• ERP system experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and desire for growth.
