Job summary

Insight Global in Orlando, FL is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support design, development, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for complex mechanical and electromechanical products. The role requires collaboration across Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Program Management to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and compliant production.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
  • Experience developing and improving manufacturing processes for mechanical, electromechanical, or aerospace products.
  • Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, development, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for complex mechanical and electromechanical products.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management teams to ensure products are built efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Ideal candidate combines hands-on manufacturing knowledge with process improvement expertise in highly regulated environments.

Compensation:

$30/hr to $50/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
