MRIGlobalSearch is partnering with a medical device contract manufacturer in Northeast Tennessee to identify a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, strong mechanical skills, hands-on troubleshooting ability, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with limited meetings and a collaborative leadership team. This role offers growth as the facility expands and modern equipment is deployed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience with strong mechanical skills.
• Critical thinker with solid problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn new things.
• Hands-on and comfortable getting hands dirty – knows how fix things.
• Organized and willing to pitch in where needed.
