Our client, a well-established chemical manufacturer, is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to add to their team (<150 company-wide) in the Greater Nashville Area. In this role, you'll combine hand-on manufacturing engineering with project management responsibilities to improve production processes, support new product introductions, and implement new equipment and automation initiatives. You'll play a key role in evaluating manufacturing methods, designing tooling and fixtures, and driving process improvements that enhance safety, quality, and operational efficiency. You will design tooling and fixtures for their equipment (presses, mixers, reactors, etc.) to avoid any disruptions to production goals. They are looking for someone who would enjoy being a part of a team that is actively looking to be more at the forefront of innovation. If you are looking for a role that offers more impact, this is your chance to help them blaze a new trail within their multi-site (all local) production facilities. You will likely be supporting the creation of products you have never done before. So, for candidates looking to expand the scope of work, this would be a meaningful opportunity to participate in the design of new products that will be used across the world within aerospace, defense, and oil & gas.
