Jobot is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer in Johnson City, TN to design and optimize manufacturing processes and collaborate with small teams to develop novel equipment for production efficiency.

• Validation and characterization of new equipment and fixtures for production.
• Partner with maintenance in root cause analysis of down equipment and mitigate downtime.
• Fixturing and tooling design in CATIA or SolidWorks.
• Experience with CNC machining on vertical centers and lathes.

Responsibilities

• Design of manufacturing processes.
• Collaboration with small teams on in-house development of novel and complex manufacturing equipment.
• Specification development for manufacturing equipment.

• Fixturing and tooling design experience in CATIA or Solidworks
• Experience in CNC metal machining processes using CNC vertical machining centers and CNC lathes
