Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Join us at Career Connection Network for the Manufacturing Engineer role.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Review existing production program equipment, hardware, and tooling; recommend repairs or replacements.
  2. Develop new processes, methods, and production controls.
  3. Install new equipment, ensure proper operation, and train staff.
  4. Prepare operations manuals for equipment.
  5. Stay updated on manufacturing technology and apply new knowledge to improve processes.
  6. Assist with customer quotes development and submission.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience as a manufacturing engineer.
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of production principles, CNC milling and turning, CAM software, and CNC programming.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CAD software.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at a desk or computer for extended periods.
