Job summary

Rise Technical is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Fishers, Indiana to own and drive process improvement initiatives across a state-of-the-art facility. You'll lead layout optimization, drive efficiency and quality improvements, and work with Engineering and Production teams to implement DFM and Lean initiatives.

Ideal candidates have experience as a Manufacturing/Process/Industrial Engineer, knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma, and CAD experience for layout optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer or Industrial Engineer.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Experience with CAD for layout optimization.
• Degree qualified.

This position is ideal for a Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, or Industrial Engineer looking for the autonomy to drive change, lead high-impact initiatives, and play a pivotal role in shaping manufacturing excellence across the facility.

The Role:

• Lead process improvement projects focused on increasing production efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
• Drive plant layout, workflow optimisation, and manufacturing process design initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to support DFM, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement activities.

The Candidate:

• Experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or similar.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.
• Experience with CAD software for Layout Optimization.
• Degree Qualified.
