Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Product Engineer in Columbus, OH to join an established manufacturing company and work across product development, quality and process improvement.

You will support PFMEA, control plans, CAPA, and CAD design updates, with hands-on duties across manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2D/3D CAD experience.
• Knowledge of PFMEAs, control plans, CAPA or process improvement.

Responsibilities

Product Engineer

$70,000-$90,000 + 10% Bonus + 401(k) Match + Medical, Dental & Vision

Are you an Engineer with manufacturing experience looking for a varied position where you can work across product development, quality and process improvement?

On offer is the chance to join an established manufacturing company where you will become a technical expert and play an important role in improving its products, production processes and manufacturing capabilities.

The company designs and manufactures specialist mechanical products used across essential infrastructure, with an excellent reputation for quality and reliability.

In this position, you will support process improvements, conduct root-cause investigations and create key engineering documentation, including PFMEAs, control plans and work instructions. You will also update 2D and 3D drawings, support prototype testing and contribute to equipment, fixture and automation projects.

This position would suit an Engineer with CAD and manufacturing experience who is looking for a broad, hands-on role with the freedom to identify problems and implement practical improvements.

The Role
