Job summary

Rise Technical is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Fishers, Indiana to own and drive process improvement initiatives across a state-of-the-art facility. You'll lead layout optimization, drive efficiency and quality improvements, and work with Engineering and Production teams to implement DFM and Lean initiatives.

Ideal candidates have experience as a Manufacturing/Process/Industrial Engineer, knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma, and CAD experience for layout optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer or Industrial Engineer.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Experience with CAD for layout optimization.
• Degree qualified.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects to increase production efficiency and quality.
• Drive plant layout, workflow optimization and manufacturing process design.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support DFM and Lean initiatives.
