Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with an aerospace/defense manufacturing client in the Hartford, CT area to find a full time Manufacturing Engineer.

The role focuses on developing and maintaining manufacturing processes, supporting NPI, and driving continuous improvement across production lines, with emphasis on BOMs, process documentation, and ERP/MRP system support.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of engineering/process engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with BOMs, production documentation, engineering changes, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Electronics manufacturing experience preferred; MES software, production programming, CAD tools, and familiarity with quality standards strongly preferred.

Work Authorization:
