Job summary

Henpen Consultants is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer for an aerospace and precision machining manufacturer in Cincinnati, OH. You will design fixtures, tooling, and processes, and guide them from concept through production launch on a day shift.

You will analyze data, conduct capability studies, support CNC setups, maintain BOMs and work instructions, and lead capital equipment projects, with relocation assistance negotiable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with CAD, GD&T, fixture and tooling design, and CNC machining.
• Experience with process development, statistics, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage projects from concept through implementation.

Henpen Consultants is recruiting hands-on Manufacturing Engineers for a growing manufacturer of aerospace-grade components and precision-machined products. These five openings support an expanding division with opportunities to take ownership, strengthen your technical skills, and grow your career.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working directly with equipment, designing fixtures, analyzing production data, and taking projects from initial concept through successful production launch.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

• Practical experience with CAD, GD&T, fixture and tooling design, and CNC machining.
• Experience with process development, statistical analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to independently manage projects from concept through implementation.
• Initiative, technical curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
