The salary range for this role, based in Fort Smith, is $78,300.00 to $97,900.00. The range may vary if the role outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.**Position Summary:**We are looking for a talented manufacturing engineer to evaluate and improve manufacturing processes. The manufacturing engineer's responsibilities include identifying areas for improvement, maintaining high levels of manufacturing and product quality, designing new products and methods, as well as ensuring cost-efficiency and conformance with regulatory standards.To be successful as a manufacturing engineer you should be able to work effectively within a team and have a high level of technical expertise.
