Overview

SkillSetGroup is seeking an experienced PCBA Manufacturing Engineer to work in the South Orange County area. The chosen candidate will have 3-4 years' experience with complex PCBA assembly and testing process evaluation and development. Experience with BOM creation, tooling & manufacturability requirements is also a must. This will be a 1st shift position and a DIRECT HIRE opportunity.

Hours

1st shift - 8AM-430PM - Monday-Friday, OT as needed.

Responsibilities

• Not a design position; DMF (design for manufacturability) is the main skill needed.
• Position is responsible for creating BOMs, tooling requirements, etc.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in PCBA process engineering, process evaluation and optimization.
• Knowledge of PCBA SMT assembly and testing processes is a must.
• BS degree in electronics, manufacturing or electrical engineering is a must.
• This is not a design position; very little design work. DMF-focused responsibilities include BOM creation and tooling requirements.
