Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Engineering or related discipline.

• Knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ verification & validation.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on approach in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and validate manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Support PCB manufacturing, SMT, and selective soldering.
• Perform IQ/OQ/PQ equipment qualification and validation.
• Troubleshoot PCB manufacturing and testing issues.
• Analyze workflows, layouts, materials, and production processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Develop testing methods and support process verification and validation.
• Collaborate with vendors, technicians, and teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain manufacturing/process documentation.
• Ensure processes comply with quality and regulatory requirements.
