Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

LHH is seeking a skilled and hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support the full lifecycle of product development—from initial concept and design through prototyping and into production. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about improving products and processes. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, maintenance, and quality, playing a critical role in launching new products and enhancing existing ones across multiple product lines.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with manufacturing and maintenance teams to improve processes, reduce waste and downtime, and boost overall efficiency.
• Assist in managing factory automation projects and lead updates to equipment and workflows.
• Create and maintain product drawings and technical documentation; help standardize and organize engineering records.
• Identify and implement improvements to production layouts and methods to enhance material flow and plant performance..
• Perform capacity studies and provide recommendations for equipment upgrades or additions.
• Continuously assess operations to find opportunities for greater efficiency and productivity.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Skilled in 2D/3D CAD software (AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, materials, and components.
