Job summary

Randstad USA in Cartersville, GA is seeking a Manufacturing Electrical Engineer to develop, vet, implement and verify electrical engineered solutions that boost productivity and reliability of manufacturing equipment. This is a direct hire opportunity with moving assistance available; location: Cartersville, Georgia; work hours 8am to 4pm; salary range $90,000 - $130,000 per year.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 1 year of electrical/automation

Manufacturing Electrical Engineer for a leading industrial manufacturer based near Cartersville, GA. This role is reponsible for developing, vetting, implementing, and verifying electrical engineered solutions to enhance productivity and reliability of manufacturing equipment.

This is a direct hire opportunity. Moving assistance is available.

Responsibilities

• Develops, and tests electrical/automation equipment, components, circuits, or systems
• Performs extensive testing and validation of designs to ensure reliability, performance, and safety standards
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical equipment
• Develops and propagates limited-scope PLC / HMI program changes, device installations, and wiring modifications
• Installs, tests, and maintains large-scale electronic equipment or machinery

Required Qualificaitons

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Must have at least one (1) year of electrical/automation experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience programming and troubleshooting PC-based applications or automation systems
• PLC ladder logic experience
• Ability to read and interpret electrical/electronic schematics
