Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist to support the implementation of EHS programs at a Carrier manufacturing facility. You will drive regulatory compliance, hazard prevention on the production floor, and promote a strong safety culture across the site.

Responsibilities include conducting inspections, risk assessments, training, and incident investigations while ensuring OSHA/EPA regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of industrial EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of US OSHA/EPA regulations and OSHA recordkeeping.
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
• Experience conducting inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments and JSA.
• Ability to develop and deliver EHS training and drive a positive safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Implements and follows up on safety, health and environmental programs.
• Conducts inspections, hazard identification and risk assessments.
• Delivers training and promotes the safety culture across the site.
• Supports compliance with applicable OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Participates in incident investigations and OSHA recordkeeping.
