Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Commercial HVAC or Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) including audits, risk assessments, inspections and training.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the Central US.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional Leadership Team to achieve regional operations success.
• Develop and measure EHS programs, training, and policies aligned with corporate expectations.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and training; identify risks and drive corrective actions.
