Job summary

Latham, The Pool Company in Seminole, Oklahoma is seeking an EHS Specialist to lead the implementation of our Environmental, Health, and Safety program at the facility level. This role sits on the site leadership team and partners with operations and human resources to ensure regulatory compliance and safe, efficient work.

You will train staff, maintain records, coordinate audits, and advise leadership on EHS best practices, with opportunities to contribute to nationwide initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS in Safety/Environmental Science or related field required.
• 2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and safety programs beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EHS program implementation with site team.
• Audit site EHS program effectiveness and sustain compliance.
• Provide EHS training to all site personnel.
