Job summary

PDM US, LLC is seeking a proactive Safety & Environmental Coordinator to support environmental, health, and safety programs at our Rock Hill manufacturing facility. • Experience in manufacturing safety, environmental compliance, or EHS programs.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
• Ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support environmental, health, and safety compliance programs.
• Coordinate safety training and maintain related records and documentation.
• Conduct facility inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Assist with PPE selection, inventory management, and employee compliance.
• Maintain safety and environmental records and support regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate with safety vendors and service providers.
• Participate in safety committees and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with HR and operations leadership to strengthen PDM's safety culture.
